The 36 two-story units called maisonettes on the ground floor offer a privileged setting for a fulfilling family life.
In addition to this, a great deal of attention has been put into the quality of the project. The modern architecture places emphasis on natural and beautiful materials such as: torrefied wood, two colors of clay bricks, and galvanized steel staircases. Every unit also features granite countertops and backsplash in both kitchen and bathroom, podium baths, tiled showers, 12x24 porcelain tiles, cold rolled steel railings, and even all lighting fixtures included with unit delivery.
